How do I organise accomodations?
We suggest that you make it a New York trip, and stay in the city, an easy train ride away to Colour in Brooklyn. For some great hotel options visit: expedia.com, airbnb.com, and kayak.com.
What are my transportation options?
One of the best ways to travel to Colour in Brooklyn is the subway.
If taking the B, 2 and 5 train, stop at Church Ave.
If taking the Q train, stop at Beverly Road.
If taking the Long Island Railroad, take the train to Atlantic Terminal. Once in Atlantic Terminal, take the B, Q, 2 or 5 subways.
If traveling by car, the venue is a 36-minute drive (without traffic) from Penn Station.
Am I able to transfer or cancel my registration?
Unfortunately, refunds are unavailable and you will not be able to transfer your registration to a future registration or to another city once it has been purchased. If you would like to transfer your registration to another person, you may turn your wristband over to them personally. We will not be able to change the name on your order.
Will language translations services be available?
Unfortunately, foreign translation will not be available.
Can I get mobility assistance seating?
Yes, each venue will be able to accommodate anyone who requires mobility assistance. Please find an usher upon arrival and they can direct you to your seat.
